Safwa Global Venture (M) Sdn Bhd (SGV) was incorporated on October 11, 2011 with its headquarters office located at Taman Nusantara Prima, Iskandar Puteri. SGV also maintains several regional and area offices across the State of Johor.
Over recent years, SGV has earned a reputation and was given a trust to hold a Road Maintenance Concession of municipal road in the State of Johor by signing a concession agreement with the State of Johor on October 15, 2020. The concession covers the maintenance of approximately 9,797.610 km including roads and back lanes.
In addition, SGV is also responsible for the management and maintenance of rural roads under the administration of district offices across Johor, under a separate agreement signed on August 01,2025
